With the continuous development of technology and society, flexible and printed electronics has become one of the fastest-growing and most widely applied emerging technologies in recent years. As partners in this field, we all understand the enormous potential and broad prospects of this technology. Therefore, I believe that this conference will be an important platform for gathering talents, exchanging ideas, and exploring the future development direction of flexible and printed electronics.

Background

柔性电子技术是在学科高度交叉融合基础上形成的颠覆性科学技术，是国家实现高水平科技自立自强的重要一环。国际柔性与印刷电子大会（ICFPE）是新一代电子学三大国际会议之一，是全球唯一在柔性与印刷电子领域的专业性学术会议。ICFPE于2009年在亚洲启动，并在韩国、日本、中国台湾和中国大陆轮流举办，已成为亚太地区柔性电子领域最重要的国际交流大会。

Flexible electronics technology is a disruptive scientific and technological innovation formed on the basis of highly interdisciplinary integration, and is an important link for the country to achieve high-level technological self-reliance. The International Conference on Flexible and Printed Electronics (ICFPE) is one of the three major international conferences in the new generation of electronics, and it is the only professional academic conference in the field of flexible and printed electronics worldwide. ICFPE was launched in Asia in 2009 and has been held in Korea, Japan, China and Taiwan region in turn. It has become the most important international exchange conference in the field of flexible electronics in the Asia-Pacific region.

近年来，成都聚力柔性电子产业，打造世界级“柔谷”品牌，积极抢抓柔性电子发展机遇，多方布局、多措并举，自柔性电子产业发展大会落地成都以来，已连续举办4届。

In recent years, Chengdu has focused on the flexible electronics industry and created the world-class "Flex Valley" brand. It actively seizes the development opportunities of flexible electronics, layouts in multiple fields, and takes various measures. Since the Flex Electronics Industry Development Conference landed in Chengdu, it has been held for four consecutive sessions.

为进一步提升柔性电子产业全球化创新融合发展，促进政企学研用合作交流，拟于10月在中国成都举办第十三届国际柔性与印刷电子大会（ICFPE）暨第五届中国柔性电子产业发展大会。

In order to further enhance the global innovative integration and development of the flexible electronics industry, promote cooperation and exchanges among government, enterprises, academia, and research institutes, the 13th International Conference on Flexible and Printed Electronics (ICFPE) and the 5th China Flex Electronics Industry Development Conference are planned to be held in Chengdu, China in October.
